MAPLE CROSSING — Chrome, engines, and conversation filled Main Street this weekend as residents gathered for the Maple Crossing Classic Car Show, a popular local event celebrating vintage vehicles and community spirit.
More than 60 classic cars — from 1950s cruisers to 1970s muscle cars — were on display, with owners sharing stories behind their restorations. The event also featured local food vendors, live music, and family-friendly activities.
“This show is about more than cars,” said organizer Mark Jensen. “It’s about neighbours coming together and supporting the community.”
Local businesses saw increased foot traffic throughout the day, and organizers say the strong turnout makes this year’s event one of the most successful yet.
Plans are already underway for next summer’s show.
