Maple Crossing — A free after-school tutoring program has launched at the Maple Crossing Community Centre, offering academic support to elementary and middle-school students.

The program runs Monday to Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is led by volunteer tutors, including retired teachers and university students. Sessions focus on homework help and core subjects such as math and reading.

Organizers say the goal is to make academic support accessible to all families. Registration is open, and additional volunteers are welcome.
